How Dark is your Darkness?

We are truly who we are in the dark, everything else is just for our reputation sake.
What God really looks at is what we are in the dark, where no one sees and where everyone thinks they hide their true nature.
The fabrications of our minds, the deep thoughts of our soul, the sometimes gross habits of our bodies, these are the things that mark us in God’s sight.
But, eventually, these will start creeping out while we think no one is noticing, for we think everyone is blind to see who we really are.
Hypocrisy is the blindness of our soul that makes us think we cover it all well but, my dear friend, think again.
Our real character is who we are in the dark. That is what Dwight L. Moody said. And our character oozes out of us, even though some still think no one notices.
Human nature is dressed in coverings and charades. In shades of grimdark tones that fade into the shadows, and some of us who have had the guts to face them and uncover them in our selves cannot and must not be blinded by them again and must be bold and full of courage to unmask and face them.
We should never, under no circumstance, allow anyone else's darkness to silence us, belittle us, or shame us, once we have dealt with ours the truthful way.
If you sleep good in the darkness and can face yourself with satisfaction in the darkness and have nothing to hide in the darkness then your darkness is good. It could be said that you have a good darkness. The kind of darkness God can come into and feel at home with you because you have nothing to hide and feel ashamed of.
God is not fooled and will never be fooled, He sees it all, and one day when you least expect it, He will shine His light in your dark places for all the world to see. So unless you want your bad darkness to be exposed before all, you best expose yourself to your darkness and expose it to Him and then get on with your real you so you can be light and goodness and truth in the darkness.
Who are you in the dark? That is the one and only true you. No one is fooled so don't you be fooled by thinking you are fooling anyone.
Galatians 6:7 King James Version (KJV)
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
This is Mariam from My Ami Way to yours, reminding you to always keep love above.
