This is a great variation of pico de gallo with strawberries.
The deliciously sweet and tart strawberries give this recipe a great taste and I just have to say it, this is so healthy for you, it is full of antioxidants and you can eat all you want because there is no fat in it.
Preparation time is about 10 minutes.
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup of tomatoes, chopped
1/2 large red onion, diced
1 jalapeño seeded and diced
juice of a large lime
5 tablespoons cilantro
salt and pepper to your taste.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
let them sit in the bowl for a bit for the flavors to meld.
Serve with chips and enjoy!
